Ingredients

Each 2 ml ampoule contains deproteinized hemoderivative of calf blood 80 mg (40 mg/ml). Excipients include water for injections and sodium chloride.

Dosage

• Administered intravenously, intra-arterially, or intramuscularly
• Typical starting dose: 5–20 ml daily depending on indication
• Maintenance dosage should be adjusted by a healthcare professional

Indications

Used for cerebral metabolic and vascular disorders, peripheral circulation disorders, diabetic polyneuropathy, trophic ulcers, burns, wound healing, and radiation-induced tissue damage.

Directions

Administer under medical supervision only. The route and duration of treatment depend on the severity and type of condition.

Pharmacological Properties

Actovegin improves oxygen transport and glucose uptake at the cellular level, enhances ATP synthesis, and stimulates tissue repair and regeneration.
