Ingredients

Each 1 ml contains sulfacetamide sodium 300 mg.

Dosage

The dosage depends on the severity of the infection and the ophthalmologist’s recommendation.

Indications

Conjunctivitis, blepharitis, purulent corneal ulcers, and other bacterial eye infections sensitive to sulfonamides.

Directions

Instill into the conjunctival sac according to the prescribed regimen. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or surrounding surfaces.

Pharmacological Properties

Sulfacetamide is a sulfonamide antibacterial agent that inhibits bacterial folic acid synthesis and suppresses growth of susceptible microorganisms.
